ArtisanMX is FREE for monitoring up to 2 Network IP Cameras
including Intellinet, Sony, Axis, Vivotek, JVC, Toshiba cameras
using JPEG data or Motion JPEG. ArtisanMX can be extended to view
up to 16 cameras and/or add recording / replay facilities at
small additional cost.

you download the Software and install it by following the screen
instructions.
Network cameras are also called IP cameras because they only
require an IP address. Compared to Webcams which require to be
connected to a Computer, network cameras do not require a
computer and can be connected directly to a router. This is what
makes them attractive since they have a built-in webserver that
sends the Jpeg or Mpeg data. The quality of the picture is very
good and varies from camera to camera with phenomenal
