- Q-I like CD-Player,
Is it free ?
Yes. CD-Player is a product
of our Labs and is free to use.
- Q-My CD is not
recognised by CD-Player. Why is this ?
We use an extensive database
to retrieve information about CDs. Your CD may not be in that
database yet or may be a home-made CD.
- Q-Can I play CD
tracks at random ?
Yes. You can press the
Random icon on the interface then press play. The tracks will
play randomly.
- Q-Do you sell your
products in retail outlets ?
CD-Player is a free product
and is available by download only. Currently only some stores
in the USA carry our other products. We are working hard to
expand our network of distributors. Should you be interested
in getting involved, please contact us.
- Q-How do I know I
have the latest release of CD-Player ?
When a new version of
CD-Player is available, an yellow button will flush on the
Interface on top of the Disk/Download icon.
- Q-My question is
not listed here. What can I do ?
Support issues are dealt
with by the 1st line support staff. Please contact us.
- Q-Can I record
tracks as MP3 files ?
This feature will be
available in our future release.
