FastReply is an easy to use application that enables you to store text that you use frequently and retrieve and paste it whenever you want. This very simple application will save you a lot of time if you send lots of emails or tend to repeat the same text in eBay emails for example.

When you run FastReply, an icon will appear in the toolbar. Any time you want to recall a phrase, just click on the icon,
select your phrase and go to the application where you want the text copied and click with the left mouse button.
The selected phrase will remain in the clipboard and you can also paste it by selecting paste from the popup menu.

How it works:

The installation process is one of the easiest available. Once you download the Software and install it by following the screen instructions.

FastReply sits in the toolbar and its icon is alwasy visible when you run it. Once you click on the icon, a menu qwill popup with different options like Add new Category, Add a phrase...

Once you have added some phrases, you can directly clcik on the phrase you want and then immediately paste it where you want. For example, click on the phrase you want then paste it in Microsoft Outlook.
