• I have dial-up connection. Can I still use Digital TV 2050 ?

Yes you can but because video data requires a huge amount of bandwidth, you may not be able to view or access all channels. You should be able to get all or most Radio stations.

• I run Digital TV 2050 and was not able to see any form. What am I doing wrong ?

Nothing. It may be because a firewall or antivirus is running and stopping Digital TV 2050 from accessing the Internet. Please check this first and if the issue persists, let us know.

• Q-I have filled the form and sent it but have not yet received my activation code. What dio I do?

Activation codes are sent automatically from our servers within seconds of receiving your form. If you have not recieved your code, please let us know and we will send you another code.

• Q-I managed to activate my copy and got some TV channels. Some however do not appear ?

Some servers limit the number of connections at any one time. So please try other channels or try some time later.

• Q-I downloaded the free version and the buttons 'My Channels' and 'What's on channel' are not enabled. Is this normal ?

The free version allows you to view only 1 screen. The upgrade enables our customers to view 2 channels at the same time or listen to radio while watching another TV channel.

• Q-Do you sell your products in retail outlets ?

Currently only some stores in the USA carry our products. We are working hard to expand our network of distributors. Should you be interested in getting involved, please contact us.

• Q-How do I know I have the latest release ?

There is a button on the Interface which will indicate to you when a new release is available.

• Q-I want to upgrade Digital TV 2050, what do I do ?

Please click on the link 'Upgrade' on the right and follow the instructions. Once your payment is received and verified, we will let you know where to download the Professional version from and get more channels. In addition to more channels, support issues are dealt with by the 1st line support staff.

• Q-What happens after I pay for the upgrade ?

We will contact you shortly after payment and we will give you more information about downloading your upgrade.

• Q-There is a TV channel I like that is not currently on Digital TV 2050, how can I get it added ?

Please contact us with more details and we will forward your enquiry to our Editing team to look into it.

• Q-Do I only need to pay once for the upgrade ?

Yes. We only require a one-off low payment.

• Q-Does the number of channels available vary ?

We are always adding more and more channels and your Software updates itself in real-time.

• Q-I lost my activation code, how can I retrieve it ?
